Aaah! This book is an absolute feel-good one. I didn't know what to expect from reading this other than I loved the blurb and I think the cover is good. Kissing Her Crazy is my first Kira Archer read and after this one, it looks like I have a new go-to author for quick, cute, romance stories. And oh, the cover makes perfect sense, flip flops and all, after you finish reading Elliot and Lena's story.
I highly recommend this for a quick afternoon read while you're relaxing on your porch, your pool, or wherever your spot is. Elliot, Lena, and Tyler put a smile on my face. I enjoyed Elliot's interactions with Tyler and I liked how persistent he was with Lena. Their attraction for each other was obvious but how Elliot proved to Lena that what they could have and build together was worth it is such a sweet part of the story. But like all love story, they also faced challenges, what's good about it was that it didn't drag on. They had doubts, but they faced it together and stood up for their relationship, Elliot especially. I love a guy who can stand up for love!
