I don't remember exactly who or where I found out about Kindle and Kindle app, I just know that I am always looking for new authors and books to read and that I am browsing the internet most of the day. The first Kindle I've had was just the app and I used my iPhone for it. That download changed everything for me. I found hundreds of new books. I met new authors and other readers and bloggers. I got used to reading on my phone but later on, my battery was suffering from my reading and so I downloaded another Kindle app on my laptop. The screen was bigger so it was easier to read the words. But I only get to read my books when I'm at home, mostly when I'm about to go to sleep. It is challenging to read anywhere I like when I'm lugging around my laptop instead of my phone, right?This reading using my phone and laptop got old rather quickly for me because in the short amount of time I found indie authors, I grew my network and my Kindle books grew from 10 to more than 1,000 and my phone's memory usage is being sucked up mostly by books. So, the solution I had? Buy a Kindle Paperwhite as an early birthday gift almost 6 months ago. It was the best thing EVER! And now, new generations of Kindle just released and you can purchase your own Kindle for as low as $79!
